Returns & Order Changes
Can I return items purchased during BFCM?
All Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Due to short processing times, we’re unable to cancel or make changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your cart before checking out.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?

If your order has not yet been processed, they may be able to update the address before it ships. If they are unable to update it, you will need to contact the carrier to reroute the package.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do discount codes work during Black Friday & Cyber Monday?
Black Friday & Cyber Monday discounts are automatically applied. Additional promo codes cannot be stacked unless specifically stated.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order ships, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. If your package is severely delayed or marked as lost, reach out to our support team for next steps.

Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.
Will sold-out items be restocked after Black Friday & Cyber Monday?

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve it.
