Price Adjustments

Can I get a price adjustment if I bought something at full price before the Winter sale?
 Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

Exclusions

Is the winter sale sitewide?
No. All Skyline 2026, Factory 93 2026, Insomniac Core, Insomniac House, and select EDC Las Vegas items are excluded from the Winter sale.

Shipping Time

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days.
Please note: high demand may extend processing times slightly.

Returns & Order Changes

Can I return items purchased during the Winter sale?
All Winter sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders begin processing quickly during the Winter sale, we’re unable to cancel or make changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your cart before checking out.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Please contact our Customer Support team immediately at customersupport@insomniacshop.com
If your order has not yet been processed, they may be able to update the address before it ships.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do discount codes work during the Winter sale?

Winter sale discounts are automatically applied. Additional promo codes cannot be stacked unless specifically stated. 

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your order ships, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. If your package is severely delayed or marked as lost, reach out to our support team and we'll help you file a claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available. Delivery times may vary by location

 Are items added to my cart reserved?

Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.

Will sold-out items be restocked after the Winter sale?

Some items may restock, but many Winter sale products are limited. We recommend purchasing quickly if you see something you love.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve it.
